We were in a bind and learned about Elite from a neighbor. Eric got us signed up for service ASAP and saved the day! Both Eric and Jessica are great and I love the constant communication between pickup and delivery. They take the time to answer your questions and make sure your laundry is taken care of. We use the wash/dry/fold service and we REALLY love how the clothes are delivered when clean. They separate each type of clothing into its own container instead of everything mixed up in one giant bag (i.e. a bag for socks, a bag for underwear, a bag for mens shirts, etc). This makes getting the clean laundry to the correct person in our family and putting it away SOOOO efficient! Thank you Elite Cleaners for taking such good care of our clothes!

Ive been going to Elite so long I dont recall going anywhere else. Maybe 20 years. They consistently do a terrific job. While I miss seeing the friendly faces when I go in with the addition of the new technology I definitely appreciate the flexibility of being able to drop off and pick up at any time 24/7. Its a great addition and there is staff available during business hours if needed.

Nice big operation they got going on. Clothing was folded nicely and wrapped up.
I only had 1 issue. Lack of communication. When I dropped off my clothing I asked if it was possible to be done and picked up the following day.The lady said yes and ensured me so. I asked to pay now, she said you will pay when picked up. I then asked for an itemized receipt and didnt get one. I was only trying figure out how much this was going cost me.The following day I picked up my clothes and got charged $105. I guess i got charged for the fast service. I get all that, Im not against it , but they failed to mention that extra cost when I dropped it off. Luckily I am financially stable, because someone else wouldve left there clothes there. 1 load for $105! The extra cost was over $50. Thats something you need to be very well transparent about! Caught me by surprise. I left feeling robbed! But like I said, service was great , quality work!

Elite Cleaners is amazing! I dropped off a white blazer that had ink pen marks on the sleeve. The gal who checked me in took the time to ask if they could get it out. I picked it up yesterday and it looks brand new! Also easy drop off and pick up.

Been using Elite cleaners for a few years now and have been very pleased with their cleaning. Always looks good and smells fresh. Had a zipper replaced once and they did a great job. They are fast and I think their prices are very fair. I have no complaints about Elite cleaners and would highly recommend using then for all laundry needs that you can't do yourself.

They have a drive through. Danny still has a pair saved back because he has watched me through the process at home!!! Wash, dry, starch, iron, but Hangin is the part I still do not have down lol. Take it on your way to town and you will be glad you did. She asks if you want them standing up like the cowboys. I said yes, so stiff that they can walk without help!

Very quick turnaround time. They have short term parking out front for drop offs and pick ups. There is a no-contact, electronic drop off and pick up system which is great. They were not able to get the stain out of one of my items but I figured it was a long shot (they put a tag saying they tried and couldn't) and they did great on the other items. They text and email when your order is ready for pick up too so super easy.

First time using Elite Cleaners near the downtown square, straight-forward suit to dry clean. Warmly greeted, appreciate the electronic notifications when articles are ready for pickup. The drop-off/pickup parking in front is great. I tried the "drive-thru" for my pickup, wouldn't recommend it as no one came to the door after hitting the doorbell, and then there was a delivery truck blocking the path on the way out. I'll use the parking out front next time.
